Scrolling Windows

Try it live

Window snapping shortcuts work while Scrolling Windows is off. Turn Scrolling Windows on and its shortcuts take over; the two sets are never active at the same time.

While Scrolling Windows is on, these shortcuts replace the window snapping ones. Each action can have several shortcuts; change them in the app's Scrolling Windows settings, where every action plays a short preview.

To move windows between Desktops, Universal Display Magnet uses the macOS Switch to Desktop 1…10 shortcuts (⌃1…⌃0). Turn them on with Workspaces → Enable ⌃1…⌃0 if they're off.

Each workspace can have its own shortcut too. If another app already owns a shortcut, Universal Display Magnet flags it.

There's no built-in thirds shortcut: draw a third or two thirds as a custom size under Window Snapping, and give it a shortcut of its own.
